About the Role:

Join One Step Closer Group Inc as a Direct Support Professional (DSP) in Apple Valley, CA! In this rewarding role, you will make a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their goals.

Responsibilities:

Assist individuals with daily living activities and personal care.

Support clients in developing social and life skills.

Implement individualized care plans and monitor progress.

Document daily activities and report any changes in client behavior.

Encourage participation in community activities and events.

Provide transportation to appointments and outings as needed.

Maintain a safe and supportive environment for clients.

Collaborate with team members and family to ensure quality care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compassionate demeanor and a passion for helping others.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Willingness to undergo background checks and training.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
