🏠 About the Role:

This is a residential position supporting adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in group home settings. You'll work in 4 to 8 hour shifts to help maximize client progress and staff efficiency.

DSPs assist residents with daily routines, hygiene, chores, and community engagement. You’ll also help manage behaviors, document progress, and promote independence.

QMHPs provide in-the-moment support for goals, coach DSPs, and help build individualized behavioral and skill-building strategies.

Our homes operate 24/7, and our residents rely on compassionate, consistent support to meet their goals and thrive in the community.
