About the Role:

Source Care Group Co is looking for a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team in Indianapolis, IN. Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and daily living support to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (IDD)

Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, meal preparation, and household tasks

Implement individualized support plans (ISPs) and document progress accurately

Transport and accompany clients to appointments, community activities, and outings

Administer medications and monitor health conditions per established protocols

Foster independence and skill development through positive reinforcement and encouragement

Communicate effectively with supervisors, families, and care team members

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED required

Previous experience in direct support, caregiving, or human services preferred

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening

CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)

Strong interpersonal skills with a patient, empathetic, and person-centered approach

Ability to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
