About the Role:

Guardian Residential Services LLC is seeking a motivated and experienced DSP Team Lead to join our team in Triangle, VA. As a DSP Team Lead, you will play a key role in supporting and guiding individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their safety and well-being.

Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise a team of Direct Support Professionals (DSPs)

Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities

Support morning routines

Assist with showers and personal care

Support medication administration

Prepare and serve breakfast

Complete InspectAlign quality-assurance tasks

Audit required documentation

Complete grocery shopping

Support the Program Manager

Attend community outings and appointments

Promote safety, dignity, and independence

Communicate concerns and incomplete tasks promptly

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with individuals with disabilities, their families, and other team members

Strong organizational and leadership skills

Knowledge of person-centered planning and behavioral support techniques
