About the Role:

Join Clark Quality Care LLC as a Weekend Warrior DSP and make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals with disabilities. We are looking for compassionate and dedicated professionals to provide essential support during the weekends in Portsmouth, VA.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Support clients in developing and maintaining life skills.

Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions.

Document and report changes in client behavior or health status.

Facilitate social and recreational activities to enhance client engagement.

Collaborate with team members to create individualized care plans.

Ensure a safe and supportive environment for all clients.

Attend training sessions to stay current on best practices in care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Experience in direct support or caregiving roles is a plus.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Ability to work weekends and flexible hours.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Compassionate demeanor and a genuine desire to help others.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
