    We’re looking for a caring and dependable Direct Support Professional (DSP) to join our team for a 3pm–11pm shift on a 24-hour care case. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping others live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible in their home environment.

    Responsibilities include:

    Providing personal care and assistance with daily living activities

    Supporting clients with mobility, meals, and light housekeeping

    Promoting a positive, safe, and respectful environment

    Communicating effectively with team members and supervisors

    Documenting care provided and noting any changes in the client’s condition

    What we’re looking for:

    Compassionate, patient, and reliable caregivers

    Previous experience as a DSP, CNA, or caregiver preferred (training provided)

    Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality

    Strong communication and teamwork skills
