Our Transformation Analysts are energetic, self-motivated contributors who will work as part of a squad led by BTO Engagement & Delivery Managers to drive a strategic change portfolio consisting of small to large scale initiatives and programs.
Our Analysts will work alongside other talented individuals who are equally passionate about driving change across the organization and are given the opportunity to both demonstrate and grow their skillsets across a wide set of competencies by contributing to the BTOs current mission, objectives and deliverables. The selected candidate will be able to promote new ideas and approaches to drive change initiatives across the enterprise and influence and guide how the enterprise will work and collaborates more efficiently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Work as part of a squad to collectively identify opportunities to drive continuous improvement and smart ways to deploy process improvements and/or technology to solve business problems
Support ad-hoc data and business analysis to get to root causes of problems and analyze potential solutions
Prepare for meetings with enterprise stakeholders, and end-users, to identify and understand current state business and technical processes, procedures and challenges
Support the development of documentation / workflows outlining current and future state scenarios
Support the communication and socialization of engagement / squad related content and deliverables (presentations, communications, etc.)
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidates must be working towards a bachelor’s or master’s degree in the following curriculums and graduating no later than May 2021:?Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS or Business & Technology Management
Demonstrated outstanding academic performance, an aptitude for analytics and a genuine interest in our business and find problem solving exhilarating
Strong record of initiative-taking and leadership in a work setting and/or extracurricular activities
Strong commitment to excellence and personal and professional growth
Effective communication skills and interpersonal skills
Detail-oriented and highly organized be a motivated self-starter and an outstanding team player
Candidates must have authorization to work permanently in the US without the need for sponsorship (now or in the future)
Candidates must have minimum of a 3.2 GPA upon graduation
