    Being a member of Integration Management team, you will partner with Clients to act as the primary point of contact for managing life cycle activities to the existing Client community, as well as executing new Client onboarding.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage all aspects of existing Client life cycle events, including account additions, terminations, mergers and add on product and services.
    • Ensure accurate and timely resolutions to all issues that arise during the Client life cycle and new onboarding projects
    • Educate Clients on the project materials required for the Client onboarding process
    • Monitor client progress during initial production rollout of Client lifecycle changes.
    • Support the maintenance of internal procedural documentation
    • Recommend improvement ideas to increase the efficiencies and effectiveness of the team
    • Proactively manage outreach and execution of Clients incident remediation as directed by management
    • Contribute to internal projects when required by management
    • Aligns risk and control processes into day to day responsibilities to monitor and mitigate risk; escalates appropriately

    TALENTS NEEDED FOR SUCCESS:

    • Minimum of 3 years of related experience
    • Bachelor's or Associate's Degree preferred
    • Strong Client focused experience working in the financial or professional services industry.
    • Experience working as an independent contributor in a team setting
    • Strong Client facing communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Independently support clients and manage client and/or internal projects
    • Great interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively in a team environment.
