Job Summary: We’re looking for a DTG & Heat Applied/Heat Transfer Graphic Decorator to join our production team. This hands-on, dual role involves operating DTG printers and heat press equipment to apply graphics to garments with precision and care. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a creative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Operate DTG printers and heat press machines to decorate garments

· Pre-treat garments and follow print recipes and machine settings

· Ensure all graphics are straight, correctly placed, and meet quality standards

Ensure proper drying, flattening, and curing processes before and after printing

· Perform quality checks before and after printing

· Organize garments by style, size, and location throughout the printing process

· Follow daily production goals and schedules

· Keep a clean, safe, and efficient work area

· Report any machine issues or production errors promptly

· Maintain and clean equipment daily (DTG printer, pre-treat machine, heat press)

Qualifications:

· Experience with garment decoration (DTG or heat press) is a plus — but we will train the right candidate

· Strong attention to detail — graphics must be straight and properly aligned

· Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods

· Good hand-eye coordination and basic computer skills

· Positive attitude and strong work ethic

· Reliable and punctual
