Job Description

DVS has an immediate opening for an Account Services Representative. 

This is an entry-level position focused on supporting our client acquisition and account servicing efforts. This position predominately reports to the Sales & Marketing Manager but also supports the Marketing Services Lead. 

A typical day in this position involves: 

• Prospecting for new clients and entering them into our HubSpot system
• Responding to new inbound leads and setting up sales meetings
• Assisting in the preparation of presentations and sales pitches
• Assisting Account & Project Managers in marketing projects

While this is an entry-level position, there is the opportunity for the right person to advance into full account management and/or a digital marketer role. 

Qualifications

• Understanding & alignment with DVS's Purpose and Values (dvs.com/about)
• College degree in a related program -or- equivalent work experience
• Possess strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Must be very tech-savvy and capable in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
• 1+ year experience in a marketing agency setting is a plus
• 1+ year experience and/or certifications in HubSpot is a plus

TO START, THIS POSITION WILL WORK REMOTELY FULL-TIME. ONCE MICHIGAN'S COVID-RELATED RESTRICTIONS ARE LIFTED, THIS POSITION WILL BE REQUIRED TO WORK ONSITE AT OUR OFFICE WITH SOME OFFSITE FLEXIBILITY.
