Job Description:

Crandall Painting Services is seeking an experienced painter who is passionate about delivering top-notch results in residential painting projects. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for executing painting tasks with precision and efficiency, while maintaining the highest standards of quality craftsmanship.

Key Responsibilities:

· Perform a variety of painting tasks including brushing, rolling, spraying, drywall repairing, stucco repairing, and staining for both interiors and exteriors of residential properties.

· Demonstrate excellent trouble-shooting skills to address any issues that may arise during projects.

· Efficiently manage time and resources to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks, including willingness to work overtime when necessary.

· Maintain a high level of organization and proficiency in basic technologies such as cell phones and spreadsheets.

· Supervise and train other team members to enhance their painting skills and uphold company standards.

· Collaborate effectively with customers, ensuring clear communication and satisfaction throughout the project duration.

· Adapt to and uphold Crandall Painting Services' culture, painting systems, and procedures.

Qualifications:

· Proven experience in high-quality residential painting with expertise in various techniques and materials.

· Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

· Willingness to commit to a three to six-month period of working within a crew to learn company culture and procedures to see if it’s the right fit for both parties.

· Possession of a work truck or van with a ladder rack for transportation of tools and equipment.

· Ability to securely park company-provided tools, materials, and equipment at home.

· Dedication to maintaining a work-life balance conducive to meeting project deadlines.

Benefits:

· After a 90-day probationary period, enjoy 5 paid holidays and 3 days of paid time off (PTO).

· After one year of employment, receive 1 week of paid vacation.
