REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
· HVAC knowledge and experience a must
· Ability to work a flexible, varying schedule including some evenings and Saturdays
· Goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
· Excellent customer service skills
· Strong interpersonal and communication (verbal & written) skills
· Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities

RESPONSIBILITIES TO INCLUDE (BUT NOT LIMITED TO):
· Drive new sales and represent the company in a professional manner consistent with the company’s integrity and customer-care standards.
· Effectively develop and communicate professional sales proposals to clients.
· Guide our customers through our sales process.
· Determine needs and then provide solutions that solve the customer’s issues and generate a high rate of referral-based sales.
· Work closely with Architects, Engineers & Developers in development of projects along with the inside Sales team to put together competitive and profitable bids.
· Create sales proposals that are accurate and complete, that can be easily transferred to the installation team.
· Proactively target and establish relationships with prospects and vendor allies to meet sales objectives, retain customers and position the company as the sole provider of choice for their HVAC/R services.
· Continuously expand on your knowledge of Heating & Cooling products and standards.
