Sales/Billing The Sales Administrator at DYADlaw, P.C. is a key support role designed to assist the Sales Team Lead and the broader sales team in achieving their objectives. The Sales Administrator will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, supporting sales operations, and ensuring that the sales team can focus on their primary goal of increasing sales and providing exceptional customer service. This position aligns with the firm’s mission to help businesses and families define their American dream by supporting the growth and efficiency of the sales team. Responsibilities: • Assist the sales team in closing sales and provide administrative support to the sales department and initiatives. • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure all client interactions and follow-ups are logged and managed effectively in the CRM and CMS systems. • Manage in-person contract reviews/signings, invoices, and retainers to ensure accuracy and facilitate the smooth progression of cases. • Handle in-office payments from clients when they come in to pay, ensuring accuracy and adherence to payment procedures. • Maintain organized and up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions. • Address and resolve client inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally under the direction and guidelines of the sales processes and team lead. • Assist in the onboarding and training of new sales team members, ensuring they are well-versed in the firm’s policies, procedures, and sales strategies as needed by the team lead or management. • Identify and suggest improvements to sales processes and administrative workflows to enhance efficiency and productivity. • Collaborate with the Sales Team Lead to implement new tools and technologies that support the sales team’s success. Qualifications: • Bilingual, English/Spanish • Associate’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred. • Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in an administrative role, preferably within a sales or customer service environment. • Proficiency in Google Workspace, MS Office Suite and CRM software. • Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Knowledge of sales processes and customer service practices. Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
