Job Summary

We are on the lookout for a dedicated Assistant Media Buyer to enhance our team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and optimizing advertising and promotional campaigns via Instagram for our clients. Your duties will include leading discussions with vendors regarding rates and availability, ensuring the accurate execution of campaigns, and supporting the analysis and interpretation of post-campaign data and performance metrics. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and exhibit a high level of organization.

Responsibilities

Ad Placement - Coordinate the pricing/scheduling with instagram pages via Telegram

Asset Delivery - Send campaign to instagram pages in advance & paypal fee

Data Preparation - input campaign characteristics into spreadsheets

Monitor mid-campaign checklist

Collect Insights of campaign performance

Qualifications

Strong Excel/Google Sheets Skill

Strong communication skills

Strong organizational and time management skills

The ability to multitask and shift priorities as needed

The ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment
