    JOB SUMMARY:

    We are looking for a passionate and dynamic Jr. Web Developer to join our Marketing and UI/UX team. You live and breathe code, have an eye for design and desire to stretch your abilities as a Front End Web Developer. You are a motivated, team-oriented, and independent thinker, looking to grow your skills while taking on exciting new challenges.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Work closely with our Marketing team to code/develop intuitive/responsive web pages, and execute all front-end code within a Node.js Server and Express Framework to ensure continuous uptime
    2. Assist Marketing in developing a new Blog
    3. Develop current Chat program and integrate ChatBots. SnapEngage and Drift knowledge is a plus, but not required
    4. Email Marketing
    5. Ensure websites maintain cross-browser functionality and look
    6. Translation of the UX/UI design wireframes to actual code that will produce visual elements of the applications
    7. Implement user interface optimization and enhancements
    8. Test and debug all elements before release to production
    9. Multi-task and work efficiently under pressure, with careful attention to detail
    10. Assist Marketing team by creating mockups, wireframes, and prototypes with use of the current UI trends
    11. Organize and maintain third party plugins and scripts

    REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE:

    • Minimum 4 years experience with HTML5, CSS3, Javascript, Node.js, Express, Bootstrap, JQuery, JSON, PHP & XML and responsive design best standards and practices
    • Blog development. Working knowledge of Wordpress, Drupal, Jekyll, and Node.js integrations
    • Accessibility and technical SEO experience
    • Email design/coding with emphasis cross client compatibility
    • Expert Knowledge of responsive design techniques and HTML semantics and accessibility best practices
    • Practical Knowledge of web server configuration. Understanding of implementation for tracking clicks, views, and conversion
    • WebForm mapping, collection integration with variable field to integrate with back-end databases
    • Knowledge of plugin development
    • Familiarity with Agile Project Management and Utilizing platforms, including Jira, Confluence, & Slack
    • Integration/Experience utilizing platforms such as Infusionsoft, Wufoo, Salesforce,  Freshsales, and other CRMs
    • Familiar with Avocode or Zeplin-type of software for design handoff assets
    • The ability to manage multiple projects concurrently as well as the occasional hot-fixes as needed
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent time management and organization skills
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines
    • Ability to take direction and follow manager/company vision and direction

    BONUS:

    • Experience with frameworks/languages such as React, GO, PERL
    • Experience with Databases MySQL and PostgreSQL
    • Experience with Docker & Kubernetes 
    • Knowledge with ElasticSearch, & Cassandra databases
    • Practical knowledge of SEO specific tools
    • Experience in A/B testing platforms and Heat map tools
    • Experience with social/web advertising lead generation tools such as Zapier, Facebook, LinkedIn, AdWords, Hootsuite, YouTube, etc
    • Experience with media and design programs such as Adobe suite
