    WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED DIGITAL MARKETING MANAGER TO JOIN OUR TEAM. 

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage execution of marketing campaigns across multiple channels for multiple clients
    • Manage Google Ads campaigns from start to finish, in line with budget expectations and desired KPIs
    • Drive testing, reporting, case studies, analysis, and optimization on performance to identify key levers and opportunities for improvement
    • Analyze KPI’s, generate reporting, and present to clients on a recurring basis
    • Partner with internal and external teams to roll out marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, email and SMS channels
    • Act as main account manager for clients, including: creating agendas and notes for meetings, updating clients on performance on all channels, and working in tandem with internal resources to delegate tasks associated with other channels
    • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of SEM and digital marketing methodologies, best practices, and processes

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 2+ years of experience managing Google Ads accounts/campaigns for ecommerce businesses
    • Planned & executed full funnel campaigns with emphasis on driving sales revenue
    • Understanding of appropriate KPI's for each funnel stage
    • Foundational knowledge of all marketing channels with the ability to speak to them individually (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Email Marketing, SMS Marketing, SEO, Youtube, Display, etc.)
    • Experienced with online monitoring and tracking tools, including Google Analytics
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to implement changes rapidly that positively impact marketing performance
    • Excellent oral and written communication skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
    • Highly motivated, resourceful, and self-directed with the ability to deliver under pressure
    • Ability to be detail-oriented while seeing trends, themes, and macro-impacts
    • Strong knowledge base of the overall online and digital marketing realm
