Teacher (or Qualified Student Teacher) for Hire Seeking either Teacher or a current or former student from a qualified School of Education (or similar) who has completed their "Hours" (their in-a-classroom-with-a-teacher credited hours as a Student-Teacher) experience and/or has created and taught a curriculum and lesson plans and wants to (or has been) an Elementary School Teacher. What: Are able to teach a home-classroom of two or three students (FIRST GRADERS) in a classroom environment close-to (walking distance) of CSUS/SacState campus. Time Commitment: between 60-80 hours a month on most weekday mornings (8 or 9 am until approximately Noon) with a minimum duration of 3 months and likely maximum duration of 9 months (to be discussed during the interviewing process) When: Start date is flexible between the beginning August or September 2020 Must be a person that is very, very much adhering to COVID-19 quarantining guidelines as you will be dealing with children who too have been in a very quarantined environment for the last 6 months. Essentially, you will be a "pod" group, and thus, it will be incumbent upon you to maintain the safety of the "pod".
