PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Professional presentation of industry leading home-improvement products
• Provide excellent Customer Service
• Be comfortable with contract negotiations, and being in a sales production environment
• Effectively communicate with customers and team members to be able to provide the best solution for our current and potential customers and their home improvement projects
• Be able to drive your own vehicle from and to your assigned appointments daily

COMPENSATION:

• Up to 60k - 75k first year earners with our top performers earning 100k-120k+ yearly!
• Monthly incentives, and other bonus options

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Personal vehicle, including valid driver's license and automobile insurance
• Minimum one-year Customer Service experience and Sales experience preferred
• Working smart phone
• Ambitious
• Disciplined
• Self-motivated
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
