DaBella is currently looking for an individual who is eager to grow into management. This position oversees a team of individuals and reports directly to our Regional Canvass Manager. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE FOR THIS ROLE WOULD BE A CONFIDENT SELF-STARTER THAT THRIVES IN COMPETITIVE SITUATIONS.

As a Canvass Manager in Training (CMIT) you will be learning our daily processes and routines to better understand how to train, teach, and coach future new hires. During your first 90 days you will be evaluated on your ability to learn and apply all of our teaching resources to your own daily production while out in the field.
