Job Description We’re currently seeking a business analyst/digital analyst intern to join our team. You’ll learn to leverage data to help clients make better business decisions. You’ll work with cutting-edge digital marketing tools and platforms (and learn a few things they won’t teach you in school). The ideal Business Analyst Intern will: - Support the team with various projects, reports, and analysis - Be responsible for generating and automating key metric reports and dashboards - Be responsible for generating reports from qualitative and quantitative data sources, ensuring that team members have the information necessary to make informed business, marketing, and sales decisions - Create page tagging strategies and write implementation guides - Configure and customize various Digital Analytics tools to meet client business reporting needs - Assist in the review and design of new third-party Web Analytics solutions - Prepare presentations for client meetings - Work both independently and with a team to meet multiple project deadlines - Handle multiple tasks, switching priorities, and focusing as needed - Conduct unit testing for tagging strategies and participate in quality assurance

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • Applicants should have a high school education or above; sales/marketing/customer services experience preferred

  • Troubleshooting skills and critical thinking ability

  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented and able to prioritize and “shift gears” as needed

  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

  • A proactive work ethic while managing your own workload

  • Accommodate evolving responsibilities and last minute changes

  • Ability and desire to learn and keep up with the ever-changing digital marketing space

  • Knowledge or experience with PowerPoint, MS Access, SQL, MS Excel, and Statistics are desired

  • A strong interest in business and marketing as well as learning new technologies and marketing solutions

  • Previous marketing/advertising agency experience is a plus

  • Business, Management, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, Psychology or Computer Science experience (course work)

DUE TO THE NATURE OF NOT ONLY WORKING IN THE AGENCY SPACE BUT ALSO WORKING FOR A COMPANY THAT PRIDES ITSELF ON ITS INCREDIBLY INTELLIGENT TEAM, ALL APPLICATIONS FOR THIS POSITION MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY A WRITING SAMPLE. THE WRITING SAMPLE SHOULD BE AN EXECUTIVE SUMMARY OF YOUR APPROACH TO DATA ANALYSIS. THE WRITING SAMPLE MUST BE UPLOAD WITH YOUR RESUME.

  • Most internships are for 12-16 hours per week for 12-16 weeks.
