Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic inside sales intern to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. As an inside sales intern, you will collaborate on digital marketing campaigns. Your contributions will help maintain, develop, and expand our sales capabilities. This inside sales internship will help you acquire real-world sales skills and provide you with a practical introduction to inbound sales. You will gain broad experience in sales and customer service. You will be prepared to enter a fast-paced work environment at a digital marketing agency.

Responsibilities:

• Learn & apply inbound sales techniques
• Perform social media prospecting
• Assist In providing customer services for existing customers
• Provide administrative support for quotes, proposals, and pitches
• Other Duties as Assigned

Qualifications

• Strong desire to learn paired with professional drive

• Solid understanding of various marketing techniques

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Outstanding customer service skills

• Up to date on new changes to the web environment and actively reads several relevant industry blogs

• Preferably pursuing a degree in Marketing, PR, Communications, Information Systems, Business, Statistics, or related major

• Most internships are for 12-16 hours per week for 12-16 weeks

• Letter of recommendation will be provided along with the ability to learn valuable digital marketing, sales, strategy, and pitching skills.
