Job Description
Daasity has an exciting opportunity for a Technical Account Manager with proven experience providing best-in-class service and a passion for data analytics. This individual will act as a liaison, point of contact, and problem-solver for customers using Daasity, an e-commerce analytics and visualization platform which helps direct-to-consumer brands understand, analyze and take action on consolidated e-commerce data, from sources such as Shopify, Google Analytics, Facebook and more. Interactions between the Technical Account Manager and customers will have a direct impact on Daasity’s reputation, growth, and revenue. The candidate should have previous proven experience as an account manager, and have technical acumen.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
1-3 years experience in business intelligence and/or reporting and SQL
1-3 years experience with NetSuite
Outstanding verbal and written communication in business terms with external customers and technical level with internal colleagues
e-commerce and/or Direct to Consumer experience a plus
Capability to maintain the highest confidentiality around company proprietary information
Enjoyment of working with and communicating with people and solving problems
Ability to multi-task and prioritize while remaining calm and pleasant
Passion for data, analytics, and e-commerce
Proven history of successful account management
Ability to grasp technical concepts, understand SQL and visualizations
Solid problem-solving skills
Experience collecting requirements from customers
Knowledge of Shopify, Google Analytics
Strong organizational skills
