RENEWAL OUTREACH SPECIALIST

LOCATION: Minneapolis, MN - 100% remote to start

DURATION: 6 months, strong potential to get extended/hired on

PAY: $18-$20/hr

RENEWAL OUTREACH SPECIALISTS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Follow a determined cadence for emailing and calling customers with various templates
• Use Outreach, Salesforce, NetSuite, and an internal tool to access invoices, subscription dates, notes from others on the team, and additional contacts. Knowledge of these tools is not necessary as the manager will provide training
• Provide communication on follow-ups within the tools and with the manager to help prioritize and determine the course of action

CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE QUALIFICATIONS:

• Ability to stay organized on multiple projects while performing accurate work and managing deadlines
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
