JOB SUMMARY:
A Polaris Adventures Support Representative (PASR) strives to provide world class service to Polaris Adventures Outfitters and SELECT members. Your role is to represent the voice of the consumer within the organization and throughout the Polaris Adventures team. As a PASR, you will be a member of a cross-functional environment, building relationships with both members and Outfitters to drive success across the team. The PASR is responsible for providing first line outfitter and member support via phone and email. PASR’s are empowered to resolve escalated cases with timely & accurate service solutions that promote Polaris Adventures brand advocacy. Support will include after-hours care (nights and weekends).
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Operates as the first point of contact for both Outfitters across the country (B2B) and Members (B2C), directing or escalating appropriately via ticket system.
- Accountable for follow-up with Members & Outfitters to assure problems/issues receive a timely response or resolution, as defined in Service Level Agreement follow up goals
- Empowered to deliver solutions that provide a positive customer experience while identifying opportunities to educate Outfitters or Members on programs that ensure future satisfaction.
- Partner with Polaris Adventures and SELECT teams to Lead the building of standard implementation and support processes to drive consumer delight and satisfaction.
- Ensure timely and successful Outfitter training on relevant tools. Examples include, but are not limited to, rental assets (vehicle, accessories), front end infrastructure and processes (booking, checkout, liability/insurance, accounting), back end service & maintenance, and self-help portal.
- Create content for Self-Help or Knowledge Base article(s) that results in deflected contacts for known issues or FAQs. Track responses for use in further content creation.
- Communicate pertinent information regarding outfitters and consumers to management team. Details may include competitive intelligence, expansion and growth initiatives, and marketing activities.
- Establish and maintain positive consumer relationships, internally and externally.
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE & EDUCATION:
- Minimum of two years direct or phone interactions with consumer.
- Willing to work outside of business hours as required (after-hours / weekend care)
- Bachelor’s degree and Powersports or motorcycle dealership experience preferred
- Strong desire to deliver industry-leading consumer service and build strong consumer relationships
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude and treat each contact with professionalism and respect
- Soft skills that align with Polaris Core Values. Strong prioritization skills and attention to detail
- Excellent problem solving and conflict resolution skills. Ability to negotiate challenges and remove barriers
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage stressful interactions
- High performer that takes initiative with the ability to anticipate the needs of the customer
- Ability to ask questions, easily process information and translate that to action
- Exceptional verbal and written skills, ability to connect with audience and articulate thoughts
- Current knowledge of applications used for help desk support: Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Zendesk
- Ability to execute in cross functional role with multiple business units, professionally & effectively
- Outdoor enthusiast with ability to learn quickly with basic technical aptitude.
