Looking for a Customer Service Representative to join their team! POSITION OVERVIEW: The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for communicating with customers and vendors about any inquiries or issues and serve as the primary liaison for customer interaction and satisfaction. RESPONSIBILITIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: Serve as the primary source of communication between the company and the customers Accurately track and handle ticket systems and call lines Follow up on customer and vendor inquiries and ensure they are resolved in a timely manner Handle order entry and follow through with tracking and ensuring delivery QUALIFICATIONS FOR THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE: Experience and knowledge using SAP software Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) One year of customer service or relevant experience Ability to work in a fast-paced environment EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or GED is required Associate's degree is preferred
