CENCO Claims is a trusted provider of property claims solutions, delivering high-quality adjusting services to insurance carriers nationwide. We are currently seeking Daily Claims Adjusters to handle residential property claims throughout the Charleston, South Carolina area.

What You'll Do:

• Conduct on-site inspections to assess residential property damage

• Capture detailed photo documentation and prepare clear, accurate reports

• Review policy coverage and determine loss scope in accordance with carrier guidelines

• Write and submit estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carriers

• Manage claim files efficiently while providing strong customer service

What We're Looking For:

• Licensing: Active adjuster license required

• Tools & Equipment: Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

• Work Style: Independent, organized, and detail-oriented

• Responsiveness: Ability to accept assignments promptly and meet required deadlines

Preferred Experience:

• Experience handling residential property claims

• Familiarity working with insurance carriers

• Strong communication and time-management skills

• Ability to manage a steady claim volume
