CENCO Claims is building out daily field coverage in Southeast Tennessee and is seeking a Daily Property Field Adjuster to support residential claims in the Chattanooga area. This role is designed for adjusters who prefer steady local work, clear expectations, and the freedom to manage their own field schedule.

About the Role
You'll be responsible for handling residential property claims from the initial inspection through file submission. The focus is on quality inspections, accurate estimating, and dependable turnaround times.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses

• Identify and document damage related to wind, hail, and other covered events

• Write clear, accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Collect detailed photos, measurements, and supporting documentation

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier partners

• Submit complete claim files that meet carrier guidelines and timelines

What We're Looking For:

• Active Tennessee adjuster license or approved reciprocal license

• Working knowledge of Xactimate (Symbility is a plus)

• Understanding of residential construction and damage evaluation

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently in the field

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard adjusting equipment
