Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses
Assess and document damage related to wind, hail, water, and other spring weather events
Capture clear photos, measurements, and detailed field notes
Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Review policy coverage and determine loss scope per carrier guidelines
Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carriers
Manage claim files efficiently and meet reporting timelines
Licensing: Active adjuster license required
Equipment: Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment
Work Style: Independent, organized, and detail-oriented
Responsiveness: Ability to accept assignments quickly and stay on schedule
Experience handling residential property claims
