This role is a strong fit for adjusters looking for consistent field work, flexible scheduling, and a team that keeps operations running smoothly behind the scenes.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspect residential properties to evaluate damage from wind, hail, and other covered events

• Document losses with detailed photos, measurements, and organized field notes

• Build accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate effectively with policyholders, contractors, and carrier contacts

• Manage claims from inspection through submission while meeting carrier timelines

What You'll Need:

• Active Texas All-Lines Adjuster License

• Experience with Xactimate (Symbility familiarity is helpful)

• Reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

• Strong attention to detail and time-management skills

• Ability to take on assignments quickly and maintain turnaround expectations
