What You'll Do:

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties impacted by hail, wind, tornado activity, water, and other covered losses

• Capture detailed photo documentation along with clear, organized field notes

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Review policy coverage and determine loss scope per carrier guidelines

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claim files efficiently from inspection through submission

What We're Looking For:

• Active Arkansas adjuster license (or designated home state license)

• Working knowledge of Xactimate (Symbility experience is a plus)

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to accept assignments quickly and meet reporting deadlines
