Key Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of residential properties for losses related to wind, water, fire, and other covered events

• Document damages with detailed reports, measurements, and clear photo documentation

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Maintain professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carrier representatives

• Manage claim files from inspection through final submission while meeting carrier guidelines and reporting timelines

Qualifications

• Licensing: Active California adjuster license

• Estimating Software: Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred

• Field Equipment: Reliable vehicle, ladder, laptop, and standard adjusting tools

• Work Style: Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently

• Availability: Ability to promptly accept and complete claim assignments
