As we continue expanding our presence in Washington, we are seeking Daily Property Claims Adjusters to support residential claims throughout Tacoma and the surrounding Washington markets.

    This opportunity is ideal for independent adjusters who want steady field assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong operational support.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Conduct on-site inspections of residential property losses caused by wind, water, fire, hail, and other covered events

    • Document damages with clear photos, measurements, and thorough written reports

    • Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

    • Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and insurance carrier representatives

    • Manage claim files from inspection through final submission while meeting carrier guidelines and reporting deadlines

    Qualifications

    • Licensing: Active Washington adjuster license or the ability to obtain one

    • Estimating Software: Experience with Xactimate or Symbility preferred

    • Field Equipment: Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard adjusting tools

    • Work Style: Self-directed, organized, and comfortable working independently

    • Availability: Able to promptly accept and complete claim assignments
