This field-based opportunity offers consistent assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong internal support , making it ideal for adjusters seeking steady work and the independence of field inspections.

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses

• Evaluate damages related to wind, storm activity, water intrusion, and other covered events

• Prepare accurate and timely estimates using Xactimate

• Document damages with clear photos and detailed field reports

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carrier partners

• Submit complete, organized, and compliant claim files

Requirements

• Experience with Xactimate estimating software preferred

• Solid understanding of residential construction and property damage

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Active Arizona adjuster license or designated home state license
