CENCO Claims is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Daily Property Adjuster to handle residential and light commercial property claims in the Hilton Head, SC region. This field-based role offers steady claim volume, flexible scheduling, and strong support from our dedicated claims team.
Inspect residential and commercial properties to assess damage.
Prepare accurate, timely estimates and reports.
Maintain clear, professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and carriers.
Document all findings in accordance with carrier guidelines and industry best practices.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
Prior property adjusting experience preferred , not required.
Proficient in Xactimate (or willingness to learn).
Strong communication, time-management, and organizational skills.
Ability to perform site inspections, climb roofs, and navigate losses independently.
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and necessary field equipment.
Familiarity with construction/repair principles preferred.
