What You'll Be Responsible For:

• Conduct on-site inspections for residential property losses related to wind, hail, water, and other covered events

• Document damages with clear photos, measurements, and organized notes

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate or Symbility

• Communicate professionally with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives

• Manage claims from inspection through submission while meeting carrier guidelines

What You'll Need:

• Active Florida adjuster license (or designated home state license)

• Experience with Xactimate; Symbility experience is a plus

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard field equipment

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to accept assignments quickly and meet turnaround timelines
