This field-based opportunity is well suited for adjusters who want consistent claim assignments, flexible scheduling, and the independence of field inspections while supported by an experienced internal claims team.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential property losses

• Assess damages related to spring thunderstorms, wind, hail, and water intrusion

• Document damages with clear photos, measurements, and detailed field notes

• Prepare accurate repair estimates using Xactimate

• Maintain professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claim files from inspection through final submission

• Ensure reports and documentation are complete and submitted within required timelines

What We're Looking For

• Working knowledge of Xactimate estimating software preferred

• Understanding of residential construction and storm-related property damage

• Strong communication, organization, and time management skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active Florida adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license
