With spring weather patterns bringing increased wind, hail, and rain-driven losses along the Mississippi River corridor, this field role offers a strong flow of local assignments, scheduling flexibility, and hands-on support from an experienced claims team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel locally to inspect residential properties following recent weather events

• Identify and evaluate damage from wind, hail, water intrusion, and related causes

• Build accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Document losses with high-quality photos and detailed reporting

• Maintain clear, professional communication with homeowners, contractors, and carriers

• Organize and deliver complete claim files within required timelines

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working experience with Xactimate estimating

• Knowledge of residential construction methods and storm-related damage

• Strong attention to detail with solid organizational habits

• Effective communication and time-management skills

• Valid driver's license and dependable transportation

• Active Iowa adjuster license or appropriate home state designation
