CENCO Claims is looking to add a dependable Residential Property Adjuster to handle daily field assignments throughout Independence, MO and the surrounding Kansas City metro area. As spring weather patterns bring an uptick in hail, wind, and storm-related losses across western Missouri, this role offers a reliable stream of residential claims, flexible scheduling, and direct support from an experienced claims team.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential properties impacted by recent weather events

• Assess and document damages from hail, wind, water intrusion, and related causes

• Build accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Capture detailed photo evidence and write clear, organized reports

• Maintain professional communication with homeowners, contractors, and carrier partners

• Submit complete and timely claim files that meet carrier expectations

What You'll Need:

• Practical experience with Xactimate estimating

• Knowledge of residential construction and common storm-related damage

• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active home state adjuster license or ability to obtain
