What You'll Be Doing:

• Inspect residential properties to evaluate loss and damage

• Write accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Capture thorough photo documentation and clear written summaries

• Communicate professionally with policyholders and carriers throughout the claim

• Deliver complete and timely claim files

What You'll Need:

• Working knowledge of Xactimate

• Understanding of residential property damage and repair processes

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active designated home state adjuster license
