CENCO Claims is seeking a dependable and motivated Daily Property Claims Adjuster to support residential property claims throughout the Kearney, NE and surrounding Central Nebraska area. This field-based role offers steady local assignments, flexible scheduling, and strong internal support from our experienced claims team.

Position Overview:
In this role, you'll be responsible for completing residential inspections, documenting damages, and submitting accurate claim files while maintaining professional communication with all parties involved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential property losses

• Assess and document covered damages

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Capture clear photos and detailed field notes

• Communicate effectively with policyholders and carrier partners

• Submit organized and timely claim files

What We're Looking For:

• Experience using Xactimate estimating software

• Knowledge of residential construction and damage assessment

• Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active Nebraska adjuster license or approved reciprocal/home state license
