Key Responsibilities:

• Perform on-site inspections of residential properties following recent weather-related losses

• Assess and document damages caused by wind, hail, dust-driven events, water intrusion, and other covered perils

• Take clear photos, measurements, and detailed field notes to support claim files

• Develop accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Communicate effectively with homeowners, contractors, and insurance partners

• Submit complete, organized claim files within required timelines

Requirements:

• Active New Mexico adjuster license or reciprocal/home state license

• Working experience with Xactimate estimating software

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently in a field-based environment

• Reliable transportation, ladder, laptop, and standard adjusting tools
