This role is ideal for adjusters who value accuracy, professionalism, and delivering a smooth experience for policyholders while meeting carrier expectations.
Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties to assess damage
Capture thorough documentation including photos, measurements, and detailed field notes
Prepare accurate, timely estimates using Xactimate or Symbility
Maintain clear, professional communication with policyholders, contractors, and carrier representatives
Manage claim files in accordance with carrier guidelines and industry standards
Provide a positive and professional experience throughout the claims process
Active adjuster license (Arkansas or reciprocal)
Experience with Xactimate and/or Symbility
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Ability to perform field inspections, including roof access and navigating damaged properties independently
Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and standard adjusting equipment
Responsive and dependable with assignment acceptance and turnaround times
Consistent residential claim volume across the Rogers & Bentonville region
