    The Daily Wire Marketing department is currently looking for a talented new Social Media Content Creator to join our team! This person will work from our beautiful offices in Nashville, Tennessee, and will be responsible for creating and curating original content for Daily Wire that is sharp, funny, engaging, and on-brand. 

    This opportunity requires at least 2 years of previous professional Marketing experience in a similar position, as well as a deep understanding of social media platform operations, the Daily Wire brand, and its Talent. Qualified candidates, we look forward to hearing from you!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Manage the content posting schedule for assigned social media platform(s)
    • Work directly with Talent and other Daily Wire hosts to facilitate their content creation and posting cadence
    • Create Daily Wire -branded accounts to interact with Daily Wire members
    • Work with the Platform Manager to Identify KPIs and set trackable goals
    • Develop strategies and objectives to meet KPIs and track and report on KPI progress
    • Pitch initiatives and optimizations to improve the user experience
    • Work with the Member Experience team to create and implement initiatives for member engagement and retention
    • Provide quality control for all platform content in accordance with the Daily Wire, DW Talent brands, and the platform's content policies
    • Troubleshoot platform issues including technical problems with the product team
    • Stay up-to-date on changing platform policies and emerging new features or updates
    • Perform other duties as assigned

    EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

    • Nashville, TN -based position (working remotely is not an option)
    • 2+ years previous experience in comparable social media marketing position
    • Previous supervisory experience a plus
    • Immersion in and full understanding of social media platform operations including but not limited to: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, and Snapchat
    • Knowledge of and experience in 3rd party social media platforms including but not limited to: Crowdtangle, Grabien, and Twitter Video Downloader
    • Interest in and/or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscapes
    • Strong understanding of the Daily Wire and Talent brands
    • Strong instincts for successful social media platform audiences and content
    • Ability to spot and capitalize on social media trends
    • Experience orchestrating social media marketing campaigns
    • Strong analytical skills
    • Excellent proof-reading skills
    • Impeccable grammar and spelling
    • Detail-oriented
    • G-suite proficiency

    REPORTS TO: Platform Manager

    START DATE: Immediate

    EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time; Exempt

    COMPENSATION: $50K-$70K

    BENEFITS: Health insurance options (medical through Blue Cross Blue Shield; dental and vision through Guardian); Paid Time Off; 401k (5% match)
