Daily Wire's Production team in Nashville is in search of a talented new Associate Producer to join our rapidly growing team! Associate Producers at Daily Wire assist and support the show Producers with general oversight of show production and serve as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure production work is delivered on-time and according to company standards. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Producers with daily tasks such as but not limited to: show prep, segment prep, filming, and delivery of video and audio content and additional material for radio, podcast, marketing, and social media
• Arrange notes for the crew on a daily basis
• Research and prepare material for productions
• Facilitate arrivals of in-studio guests for productions
• Pitch creative solutions for show segments and productions to Producers
• Travel as needed with various members of the Production team when shows and segments are remote to ensure high-production value and to manage all production needs while on the road
• Assist Producers with development, pre-production, production, and post-production for long form and short form videos, including documentary, interview, and commentary formats
• Assist with booking crew, show hosts, talent, and guests
• Work with Production team to ensure quality and timely work
• Work alongside Producer to ensure all daily tasks across various departments are completed
• Schedule, set-up, and help in all areas needed for various shows
• Complete and submit daily project logs in accordance with Daily Wire Project Log Policy
• Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Nashville, TN -based position (working remotely is not an option)
• 3+ years of similar work experience in a professional Production environment preferred 
• Experience traveling for production and working in the field is a plus (travel required for this opportunity)
• Comfortable working under tight deadlines
• Strong organizational skills
• History of working directly with notable celebrities and talent
• Working knowledge of the current political landscape
• Avid follower of news, politics, and cultural commentary across all media platforms
• Familiar with Adobe Premiere, Photoshop, and AfterEffects
• Familiar with of all aspects of post-production for video and film
• Strong instinct for creative and storytelling
• Proficient Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• G-suite proficiency

REPORTS TO: Producer

START DATE: Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time; Non-Exempt

COMPENSATION: $25-$30/hour
