The Daily Wire is in search of a Talent Management Intern to support The Daily Wire's Talent, Media, & Events department in Nashville, Tennessee!

This exciting internship opportunity calls for someone who is highly organized, has a strong eye for detail, is proactive and anticipates needs, and has an interest in or passion for the field of Talent Management.

Please note that this is a paid, part-time (15 hours per week) Summer internship opportunity and WE ARE ONLY CONSIDERING CANDIDATES WHO ARE ALREADY LOCAL TO NASHVILLE.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist Talent Managers with coordinating details for travel itineraries for Talent
• Research flights and hotels for talent speaking engagements
• Sort and disseminate fan mail
• Pick up meals for Talent
• Track invoices and credit card expenses
• Assist with event planning (birthdays, special occasions etc.) for Talent
• Research potential media contacts for our Talent
• Research potential show guests for Talent's shows
• Go through archives of previous shows to obtain relevant guest information
• Perform other duties as assigned

EXPERIENCE & REQUIREMENTS:

• Nashville, TN -based position (working remotely is not an option)
• Pursuing a degree in a related field is a plus
• Highly organized and able to transition easily between various tasks
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to meet established deadlines
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A lean-forward attitude and approach to work with an eagerness to learn
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information
• G-suite proficiency
• Interest in and/or familiarity with the political and editorial news landscapes a plus

REPORTS TO: Director of Talent Management

START DATE: Immediate

EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Part-Time; Summer Internship

COMPENSATION: $15/hour
