Opportunity:

• DailyLook is a fast-growing subsidiary of AdoreMe Inc., which was just acquired by Victoria’s Secret & Co. (NYSE:VSCO). As its next chapter as part of a public company begins, DailyLook is seeking the right person to join our buying team. This person will use their love of fashion and learning to elevate the style of our clients and buying team.

Responsibilities

• Vendor Management

• Sales Data Analysis (weekly, quarterly, seasonally)

• Open To Buy Management

• Assortment curation based on data, demand, and strategy

• Seasonal Hindsight, business reviews, projects based on needs of the business

• Cross-functional responsibilities between Finance, Fulfillment, IT, and Marketing

Qualifications and Experience

• 2-3 consecutive years of women's apparel buying experience at a high growth retail organization, some PLUS size experience preferred

• Existing network of proven suppliers/vendors

• A keen eye for product, trend, and ability to adapt to a unique business model

• Private label development experience a plus

• Must be a team player, highly cross-functional, high level of emotional intelligence, persistence, and curiosity

• Highly organized, able to multi-task efficiently

• Strong business acumen, great negotiator

• Highly data-driven, retail math expert

• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google tools, Data Analytics tools (redash, tableau, looker)

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
