We’re hiring a Lead for the freezer operations team in Cleveland, OH. This is a direct hire role on 3rd shift (four 10-hour shifts, 1:30 AM – 9:30 AM), paying $19–$22/hour with full-time benefits.

In this position, you will:

• Lead and support a freezer team on nightly operations

• Ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency across workflows

• Coach associates and monitor performance to meet goals

• Drive improvements while keeping operations on track

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years of leadership experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution

• Strong communication and team development skills

• Ability to work effectively in cold storage environments
