We are seeking a talented and creative Social Media Content Creator to join our team on a contract and help us build a strong online presence, attract top technicians, and drive brand awareness.

Costa Mesa, CA (on-site, as needed)
Responsibilities:
Develop and create engaging, UGC-style (User-Generated Content) videos that resonate with our target audience, showcasing our smart home installations, services, and team culture.
Collaborate with our marketing team to align content with our brand voice, goals, and social media strategy.
Regularly produce and post content on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and other relevant social media channels.
Engage with our audience by responding to comments, messages, and fostering a sense of community.
Keep up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure content remains fresh and relevant.
Set and achieve KPIs related to follower growth, engagement rates, reach, and lead conversions.
Track and report on content performance, using insights to optimize future content.
Qualifications:
Proven experience creating high-quality, engaging video content for social media, preferably in a similar industry.
Proficiency with video editing software and tools.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially Instagram and TikTok, and their respective best practices.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual content.
Knowledge of smart home technology or related fields is a plus.
