If you are someone who loves creating productive customer relationships, this role may be for you. A successful Customer Service Specialist will be able to onboard customers, manage a high volume of incoming telephone calls, and will deliver outstanding, friendly customer service. ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES/KEY DUTIES • Send out Welcome Letters to new customers and answer incoming customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner • Respond to, and investigate customer inquiries in a timely manner • Receive, record, and route customer changes in appropriate manner • Effectively communicate customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members • Maintain working knowledge of products, and/or services. • Prepare reports and correspondence as needed JOB QUALIFICATIONS • Excellent computer skills; must be tech savvy • Demonstrated experience performing research to resolve customer inquiries • Sound written and verbal communication skills • Positive attitude and an engaging approach • Strong attention to detail • Must be bilingual in Spanish
