We are seeking professional; Unarmed Security Officers for the following positions: * All applicants may receive an interview upon completion of the application. Responsibilities and Duties * Provide exceptional Customer Service to all residents and guests. * Provide unconditional Hospitality and greet all residents and guests with a courteous demeanor. * Monitor Closed-Circuit Television Cameras * Screen all guests and visitors approaching the front gatehouse thoroughly: checking ID, Verify with residents, logging into system, etc. * Observe and report any and all suspicious activities and mediate any disturbance conflict from escalating to violent conflict. * Advise management in writing of any conflicts between guest/resident as well as unsafe conditions and location of any repairs, broken sprinklers, lights out, etc. that need attention. Qualifications, SkillsRequirements * MUST have previous gatehouse experience and knowledgeable with computers. * Stand for long periods of time. * Must possess a valid State of Florida Class D Unarmed Security Officer License. (classes offered) * Minimum 2 years experience in security * Have reliable transportation * Must have working Cell Phone * Work flexible schedules * Must be punctual * Must have the ability to deliver exceptional customer service. * Must be able to clearly communicate in English. Spanish not required, but is a plus.
