    Real Estate Executive Assistant  Must be efficient, flexible, self-motivated, organized, proactive, task oriented, understand a variety of computer based systems on a MAC as well as a good communicator in a fast paced environment. You must be able to think on your feet and be able to handle multiple tasks given to you in a short period of time. This role will personally support the Listing and Buyer Agents on the Dalby Home Team. Responsibilities: • Work out of the Dalby Home Team office (currently located in WCH at Agent's home)  • Expectations – 40 hours a week must work Sunday (2 days off – may not be consecutive) • Attend weekly team meetings and daily updates with Agent. • Work with Kasey to prepare the agenda for the weekly team meetings • Attend the Perfect Real Estate Assistant class (Tuesday at 1pm CST) • Make listing calls to clients every Tuesday to update them on the progress of the listings • Handle all incoming phone calls in a professional manner (work phone provided by the Dalby Home Team) and return all phone calls and text messages in a timely manner • Field all incoming phone calls and text messages • Return any phone calls or text messages • Find showing agents for buyers if necessary • Handle all incoming emails  • Answer emails or file appropriately • Updating the main office calendar – confirm appointments (if necessary) • Keep a log of daily activities – send a summary daily to the agents • Prepare all documents and marketing materials for listing appointments • Follow up with agents in a timely manner that hold open houses and show Dalby Team Properties and update the individual interest sheet in google docs • Support the Personal Executive Assistant on their days off • Maintain positive relationships with clients • Follow up with clients after their sale to remind them to review Dalby Home Team on Zillow • Reverse Prospecting on all Listings weekly and communicate this to our sellers • Have an overall understanding of the Real Estate Process and provide support to your team through many different forms of communication • Be able to understand and utilize all of the Real Estate software – CSS, Matrix, Dotloop • Maintain all files and records in the office as well as keeping the home office organized • Update Google Spreadsheet Dalby Home Team Listing, Coming Soon, Under Contract, Closed Spreadsheet • Responsible for updating reports in google drive • Keep an up to date vendor list to give all new clients • Run errands, have keys made, deliver flyers, etc… • Attend area home caravan tours to see what houses are on the market in the area and present listings if needed • Troubleshoot/Research Information on an as needed basis • Look up clients online (i.e. phone numbers, email addresses, etc) Qualifications: • Must have previous real estate administrative experience at least 2 years. • College degree is preferred. • Real Estate License is preferred. Compensation: $30,000 - $50,000 yearly
